In keeping with the Vectura’s commitment to act with integrity in all its business dealings, many of our existing policies are relevant to ensure that there is no slavery or trafficking in any part of the business.

Vectura has put in place a number of measures to ensure that its policy on modern slavery and human trafficking practices is both clear and effective.

A key part of this policy is Vectura’s commitment to partner and contract with organisations that share and can actively demonstrate a similar zero tolerance attitude towards such practices.

Vectura has an approved supplier qualification process through which potential suppliers are vetted. All of Vectura’s new supply contracts are drafted and/or reviewed by the Vectura legal team, with Modern Slavery Act warranties and undertakings included as a mandatory requirement. Products may also be supplied under standard terms and conditions which contain requirements to comply with all applicable laws. In short, Vectura will expect new suppliers to acknowledge their responsibility to operate in a manner that is free from modern slavery and human trafficking practices.

We believe that operating ethically is crucial to our business and we ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chains or business.
